Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Valid state PTA license.

Responsabilités

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Assist in screening and initial evaluations.
• Implement treatment per established plan of care.
• Comply with documentation and billing guidelines.
• Establish patient-centered interactions with the team.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians during therapy.
• Integrate PT services into treatment plans.
• Participate in care conferences and team meetings.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Refer to other rehab team members as needed.
