Qualifications

• State licensure or certification required.
• CPR certification preferred (hospital policy).
• Completion of an accredited physical therapy program preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in physical therapy treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality PT treatment in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Execute delegated PTA tasks under supervision to support patient progress.
• Maintain transparent communication across hospital departments to meet patient and staff needs.
