Job summary

The Jackson Clinics is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Virginia-based outpatient team. You will support patient recovery, collaborate with licensed clinicians, and contribute to high-quality care in a patient-centered environment.

The role offers robust professional development, including one-on-one mentorship, a comprehensive two-week onboarding program, and 17+ in-house continuing education courses annually, with compensation ranging from $60,000 to $85,000

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
• Knowledge of exercise-based treatment and manual techniques; sports rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive patient experience.
• A genuine passion for physical therapy and helping patients achieve their goals.
