Tender Touch Rehab Services in Brick Township, NJ is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role with a $6,000 sign-on bonus. You will provide PTA services under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
