Northwest Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time physical therapist dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in Woodward, OK. The role involves daily therapy sessions, working closely with patients and referring physicians, and contributing to ongoing program development.

You will implement treatment plans based on evaluations and physician prescriptions while helping maintain up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications

• Must hold Oklahoma PTA license and communicate professionally with patients and physicians.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care as prescribed and collaborate with physicians.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will conduct daily patient physical therapy treatment involving frequent interaction with both patients and physicians; provide patient care as prescribed by the referring physician based on the evaluation, assessment and design of the Physical Therapist; will assist with maintenance and updating of patient case files.

Requirements
