Job summary

Garden Spring Rehab and Care Center in Willow Grove, PA is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of health professionals in delivering compassionate care to residents. You will assist in evaluating residents and helping develop treatment plans that meet their needs, supporting daily activities to foster independence, and contributing to a collaborative care environment.

The ideal candidate holds a PA PTA license, has experience in long-term care, and is vaccinated against

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license.
• Experience in long-term-care settings preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required, including booster.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating Residents & developing a treatment plan that will meet their needs.
• Assist in activities that will help the Residents to carry out their daily works independently.
• Assist in monitoring Residents as they carry out the task given to them.
• Assist in rehabilitating Residents who have been disabled as a result of injury, illness, or other problems.
• Assist in maintaining Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Assist in maintaining a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to the team effort.
