As part of our on-site rehabilitation team, you will implement treatment plans, help patients improve mobility and function, and document progress under supervision.

Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine has proudly partnered with the State of Georgia and CoreCivic in Georgia since 2008, delivering rehabilitation services across more than 40 correctional facilities statewide. We utilize an on-site care model, allowing clinicians to treat patients directly within each facility. This significantly reduces the need for off-site transportation, lowers overall costs, improves continuity of care, and enhances safety for both staff and the surrounding communities.

Our clinical philosophy emphasizes conservative, evidence-based care aimed at reducing unnecessary surgeries, medications, and injections. We focus on restoring function, relieving pain, and improving quality of life through both non-surgical and post-surgical rehabilitation.

As we continue to grow, we have expanded our services beyond Georgia. We currently provide services with CoreCivic in Georgia, operate in four facilities in Arizona, and three facilities in Tennessee. In addition, we are actively onboarding CoreCivic facilities in Mississippi, Ohio, and Kansas.
