Aviara Healthcare Center is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, communicate with families and physicians, and maintain comprehensive documentation in medical records. You will supervise PT assistants and collaborate with the health team to optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include evaluating within 24 hours, developing treatment plans, and participating in care conferences and staff training, with a focus on compliant documentation and patient discharge
The Staff Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
Supervises PT assistants, aides and students.
Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00
