South Pacific Rehab Services in Hawaii is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on therapy in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength and functional independence.

You will document progress, educate patients and families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (AS/ PTA) with Hawaii license preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred.
