Job summary

Ironside Human Resources is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time Home Health role in Sparks, Nevada. You will work Monday–Friday in a direct-hire position with a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus.

The role requires a PTA program graduate with an active Nevada license (or eligible compact license) and a current BLS certification. Expect to provide direct therapy, assess safety at patient homes, and guide families in exercises.

Qualifications

• Active BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Nevada PTA license or eligible compact license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy per PT directions and plan of care.
• Assess patients' living spaces to identify fall hazards and recommend safety improvements.
• Teach patients and families how to safely perform daily exercises and manage chronic conditions.

Offering $70,000 - $100,000/annually + Sign-on Bonus

Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity:

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:

• Teach patients and their families how to safely execute daily exercises and manage chronic conditions.

Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:

• Must have an active BLS certification or be able to obtain one upon hire
