Job summary

NW Sports Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics in Silverdale, WA. You’ll join a collaborative team with mentorship and modern tools to help patients regain movement.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with competitive pay ($27.00–$32.00/hour) and a strong benefits package, including employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with company match, PTO, and ongoing CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active WA PTA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
