Job summary

OPTM Physical Therapy Saratoga, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dedicated team in Saratoga. You will assist PTs with patient exercise programs, implement treatments, and maintain clear documentation in Raintree.

Qualifications

• Associate degree PTA from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Patient follow up and implement prescribed exercises.
• Assist PT in developing and applying treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including modalities and education.
• Document progress in Raintree and report changes to PT.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans.
• Maintain a professional, collaborative healthcare atmosphere.

Pay: $40-$44 per hour depending upon experience

OPTM Physical Therapy Saratoga, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics servingSaratogaand surrounding communities for over 20 years.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Follow Up: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.


• Treatment Planning:Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.


• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.


• Documentation: While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.


• Patient Education:Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans


• Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.


• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.


• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
