Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver patient-centered therapy to adults and geriatrics, under a supervising PT. You’ll contribute to mobility, safety and independence while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, ongoing patient assessment, and documented progress, with a focus on quality of life and functional goals in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications
