Job summary

Precision Rehabilitation & Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Sanger, CA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. You’ll deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment under a supervising PT, monitor progress, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
• Current or pending California PTA license is required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based PTA treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PT.
• Collaborate with PTs and team members to deliver the Second-to-None PRO-PT experience.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Expand expertise through continuing education and team collaboration.
