Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy in San Antonio is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-home therapy team. This part-time, PRN role offers flexible scheduling and starts at $45 per session, with opportunities for growth and ongoing mentorship in pediatrics.

You'll collaborate with licensed therapists and families to help children improve mobility, strength, and participation in daily activities, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Texas with current certification.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families.
• Ability to work in-home settings with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, evidence-based PTA services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Help children improve strength, mobility, and daily participation.
• Collaborate closely with families and other clinicians.
• Document progress and adjust plans in coordination with the supervising PT.
