FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Ruston, LA is seeking motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Louisiana PTA license or eligibility for Louisiana licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other team members.
• Desire to continue learning and developing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment in accordance with the Physical Therapist's established plan of care
• Guide and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
• Monitor patient response and progress during treatment
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with therapists and other team members to provide a positive patient experience
• Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and professional standards

Pay: $30–$35/hour

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Ruston, LA is seeking motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility to find the schedule that works best for you.

• 80 hours of vacation your first year, accrued based on hours worked
• Vacation increases by 8 hours each year, up to a maximum of 160 hours annually
