FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Ruston, LA is seeking motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility to find the schedule that works best for you.

As a PTA, you'll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients achieve their goals, perform exercises, monitor progress, document care, and collaborate with the team to deliver a positive

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Louisiana PTA license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused approach to care and collaboration with therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment according to the PT's established plan of care.
• Guide and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient response and progress during treatment.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate and encourage patients through rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and team members for a positive patient experience.
• Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and professional standards.

Pay: $30-$35/hour

What You'll Do
