Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with a collaborative team focused on helping patients recover movement and return to activities they love.

You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed PT, track progress, and participate in mentorship and professional development within a supportive clinic network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Texas PTA license (or eligibility).
