Avir Vista is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This is an hourly non-exempt position aligning with federal guidelines.
Essential duties include delivering direct treatment per the plan of care, documenting progress, teaching exercises to residents and caregivers, and completing forms per policy and regulations. Shift work may be required.

Shift work may be required. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk and hear. Employee will occasionally assist to lift and / or transfer patients weighing between 100 to 250 pounds.
