Job summary

CarePath Injury Centers in Ridley Park, PA is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. You will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to deliver rehabilitationcare for patients recovering from motor vehicle, work-related or personal injuries.

This is a full-time, W2 position with guaranteed hours, a consistent weekday schedule, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania PTA license required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Orthopedic, outpatient, or injury-based experience preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist patients with rehabilitation programs and injury recovery.
• Accurately document treatments and patient progress.
• Educate patients on exercises and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and medical providers.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and documentation standards.
• Assist in daily office operations including scheduling patients in the EHR and handling paperwork.

Job Overview

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CarePath Injury Centers, you will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists and medical providers to deliver high-quality rehabilitation care to patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and personal injuries. This role is a good fit for someone who is confident in their skills, working with others, and providing exceptional patient care to patients.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $25–$38 per hour (based on experience)
