BreakThrough Physical Therapy, part of the Confluent Health family, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant for a FLOAT, multi-site role. You will work across several clinics, gaining diverse clinical experience and maintaining balance and professional growth.

You will benefit from a formal mentorship, PDP with a direct clinical mentor, and education through Evidence in Motion. The position includes paid trainings, AI-assisted documentation, and a competitive package with a sign-on bonus and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting

• Complete timely, accurate documentation

About

Compensation:

$30 - $34/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
