Job summary

Springs Village Care Center in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to work closely with licensed physical therapists, delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to our residents and helping them achieve mobility and wellness goals.

You will participate in personalized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting preferred.
• CPR certification is a plus.
