We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis to support mobility, strength, and independence through evidence-based care. You will work under a supervising physical therapist in an inpatient setting, contribute to patient progress, documentation, and participate in a multidisciplinary team focused on patient-centered

Qualifications

• Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor.
• One year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a physical therapist, implement treatment plans and perform components of physical therapy procedures.
• Record patient responses and report outcomes to the supervising PT.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.


• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification from an approved vendor required.


• One year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a physical therapist, may be involved in implementing treatment plans with patients. Performs components of physical therapy procedures and related tasks selected by a supervising physical therapist. Records the patient's responses to treatment and reports to the physical therapist the outcome of each treatment. Integrates the hospital's mission and \"Guiding Principles\" into daily practice.
