We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at the St John Neumann Center for Rehab and Healthcare in Philadelphia, PA. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our team of physical therapists to treat patients, provide education and training to patients and staff, and contribute to the overall success of our rehabilitation program.
Participate in direct patient care, ensuring adherence to state practice acts and reimbursement regulations
Treat patients according to treatment plans, recording clinical documentation according to accepted regulatory and professional guidelines
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure patient-centered care
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, patient care conferences, and other meetings as required
Demonstrate knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
Maintain productivity standards, attendance, and time management
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in the state where services are provided
