PT Near Me in Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home therapy under a PT plan of care. You’ll treat clients in their homes across Panama City Beach and surrounding Bay County, with autonomy and flexible scheduling.

This PRN/Contract PTA role offers pay between $60 and $70 per hour per visit, with back-office scheduling handled by us—so you can focus on patient care and building your own caseload while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your time and service area independently.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.
• Home-based care experience preferred.

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.
