From a Brickell / Coral Gables / Midtown / Kendall base, our PTAs commonly cover patients in Little Havana, Doral, North Miami, and into Hialeah and South Miami. Because everything's local, you trade Miami traffic for short, predictable neighborhood visits — not a daily I-95 commute. Miami sits in Miami-Dade County. I-95, the Palmetto, and the Dolphin Expressway keep crash and post-op referrals high year-round; bilingual (Spanish) clinicians are in especially strong demand. Neighborhood-local routing means short, predictable visits instead of daily 95-corridor commuting. What you'll do:

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.
• Treat a range of cases — post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.

What you need:

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your time and service area independently.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.
• Home-based care experience preferred.
