ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, in Orange County, seeks a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The role offers $30-36/hr based on experience in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

As an PTA, you will support therapists with exercises, treatment plans, documentation in Raintree, and patient education. Qualifications include an Associate Degree and licensure eligibility; outpatient experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree as PTA from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Patient Follow Up: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Treatment Planning: Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: Monitor and document patient progress using Raintree, reporting changes to the PT.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans.
• Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

• Patient Follow Up: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Treatment Planning: Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
