Award Care at Harts Harbor is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Jacksonville team. You will support licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in our care communities.

Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations and treatments, implementing plans, maintaining records, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida.
• 0 years minimum experience as a PTA.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assist physical therapists in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with patient evaluations and treatments, under the supervision of our licensed physical therapists

• Implementing treatment plans, modifying interventions as necessary, and documenting patient progress

• Maintaining accurate and timely records, including patient charts and treatment plans

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Promoting a culture of safety, advocating for patient well-being, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida

• 0 minimum years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• Passion for patient care and commitment to delivering exceptional results

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with our interdisciplinary team

What We Offer

FT starts at $30 per hour and increases based on experience

PRN starts at $35 an hour and increases based on experience
