Job summary

INA Solution is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver quality, patient-centered therapy in assisted living and home health settings around Jacksonville, FL. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will guide patients through exercises, mobility activities, and functional training, while documenting progress and ensuring safety and quality of life.

New graduates are welcome, with training provided; travel to nearby homes and Yulee is required as part of this full-time

Qualifications

• Current Florida PTA license or eligibility.
• New graduates welcome—training provided.
• Home health experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be comfortable traveling for home health visits.
• Jacksonville-area candidates willing to travel to Yulee preferred.
