Flagship Therapy in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (full-time or PRN) to join our in-house rehab team. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients with functional disorders and wound care, delivering skilled therapy per regulatory standards.

Open to PTAs at all experience levels; new grads welcome. You will work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth, patient discharge planning, and collaboration with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans adhering to standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Stand, walk, and assist with patient handling; occasional lifting and repositioning.
• Administer procedures as part of rehab plan: manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries complying with regulatory and clinical requirements.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSSITANT – FULL TIME and PRN – ISSAQUAH, WA

Our expanding network of in-house therapy Ensign-affiliate operated healthcare facilities is growing, and we are scouting for excellent therapists to join us in Issaquah, WA. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking dedicated Full Time and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• The role involves regular standing and walking throughout the facility and occasional lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment. Physical demands vary throughout the day based on patient care needs.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• Open to PTAs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
