Big Stone Therapies, Inc. is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to join our community team in Hendricks, MN.

This full-time, benefited role supports a 1.0 FTE schedule with a typical 40-hour week and a flexible Monday–Friday arrangement. You will contribute to patient care across outpatient, LTC/SNF, inpatient, and home health settings, collaborating with PTs, OTs, and SLPs to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services within our faith-based, family-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Must have, or be eligible for, PTA licensing in Minnesota and South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PTA services across outpatient, LTC/SNF, inpatient, and home health settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care.
• Support documentation and care coordination to ensure quality outcomes.
