Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Massachusetts. You will deliver physical therapy and related services under the supervision of a licensed PT, ensuring high-quality care and strong patient engagement across our care communities.

The role emphasizes adherence to clinical standards, supervision of rehab staff where applicable, and rigorous documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Physical Therapy and related services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans, supervising Rehab Technicians as applicable.
• Maintain a professional demeanor reflecting Reliant Rehabilitation's dedication to excellence in service and patient care.
• Understand and apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery models, ensuring care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility.
• Maintain a current and valid state license and stay informed on developments in physical therapy and healthcare.
• Demonstrate effective reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for documentation.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, supervising Rehab Technicians (as applicable), and managing patient cases. Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation's dedication to excellence in service and client relationships. Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations governing physical therapy practice.

• Support patients in improving functional abilities and skills under the guidance of a licensed PT.
• Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration, self-directed learning, and continuing education.
• Maintain a current and valid state license and stay informed on developments in physical therapy and healthcare.
• Understand and apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery models, ensuring care meets clinical and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation.
• Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
