Job summary

Citadel Care Centers is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will document treatments and changes in patient condition, and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.

The role includes administering treatment programs, applying therapeutic techniques, and instructing patients on home exercise programs and devices used in therapy.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid PTA license in state of practice.
• Current CPR and first aid certification.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.

OVERVIEW:

Physical Therapy Assistant to provide direct patient care services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes in condition and other pertinent information as required. The successful candidate will also provide treatment and appropriate therapeutic techniques specific to the age and condition of each patient.
