Ability Rehabilitation in Florida is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinician-led team and make a meaningful impact in outpatient care.

You will collaborate with experienced therapists, apply exercise programs, manual therapy, and rehab techniques, while advancing your skills through mentorship, training, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited PTA program.
• Current Florida license or ability to begin licensing promptly.
• CPR certification.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively.
• A self-starter with a growth mindset.
• Passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach.
