New Solutions is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient rehabilitation. The role offers both full-time and part-time positions with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LPTA license in Maryland.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and rehabilitation tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise.
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff.
• Work with a therapy aide to maintain treatment flow.
• Manage a typical schedule of about two patient visits per hour; evaluations ~60 minutes.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide who assists with patient care and treatment flow
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with evaluations generally scheduled for 60 minutes
• Participate in clinical discussions, continuing education, and professional development

• Passion for delivering excellent, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes

Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, neurological rehabilitation, or other specialty areas is a plus, but specialty certifications are not required.
