Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and support patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will help implement individualized plans of care and assist with a range of therapy techniques.

In this role, you will record patient progress after each visit, discuss treatment responses with the PT and rehab staff, and help operate standard physical therapy equipment to promote functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified PTA able to assist Physical Therapists under supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for patient progress notes.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt as directed by the PT.
