Reliant Rehabilitation in Crossett, AR seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following established treatment plans, and Reliant's standards to support patient progress.

You will collaborate with rehab teams, participate in ongoing training, maintain licensure, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Reliant offers professional growth, CE opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.

Position Summary:

This Physical Therapy Assistant delivers Physical Therapy and related services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring high-quality care and positive engagement with both clients and facilities. Services should align with the principles of physical therapy and adhere to Reliant Rehabilitation's standards. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, supervising Rehab Technicians (as applicable), and managing patient cases. Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation's dedication to excellence in service and client relationships. Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations governing physical therapy practice.
