Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation in Cordova, TN is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a nationwide network focused on quality outcomes. You will develop individualized care plans and deliver outcomes-driven therapy in a collaborative, values-driven team.

This role offers onboarding for new grads, mentorship, and opportunities for ongoing education, with modern technology to reduce documentation time. Qualified candidates will have a PTA program accreditation and TN license or eligibility;

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active TN Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligible).
