Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is recruiting Physical Therapy Assistants to deliver high-quality therapy under a licensed Physical Therapist. This role supports patients across care communities, with a focus on evidence-based treatment and compliance.

We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, together with comprehensive benefits, professional development, and flexible scheduling options. Candidates must hold an accredited PTA program and an active state license in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy and related services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Implement treatment plans and supervise Rehab Technicians as applicable.
• Maintain professional demeanor and compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients and facilities in English.

Responsibilities This Physical Therapy Assistant delivers Physical Therapy and related services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring high-quality care and positive engagement with both clients and facilities. Services should align with the principles of physical therapy and adhere to Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, supervising Rehab Technicians (as applicable), and managing patient cases. Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation’s dedication to excellence in service and client relationships. Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations governing physical therapy practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Support patients in improving functional abilities and skills under the guidance of a licensed PT.
• Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration, self-directed learning, and continuing education.
• Maintain a current and valid state license and stay informed on developments in physical therapy and healthcare.
• Understand and apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery models, ensuring care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
• Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
