Job summary

Makovicka Physical Therapy in Nebraska is seeking energetic, growth-oriented physical therapist assistants for our outpatient clinics. You will assist physical therapists to provide patient-centered outpatient treatment across all phases of rehabilitation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We welcome new/recent graduates. Candidates should be dedicated to patient care, detail-oriented, and proficient with electronic health records or willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Certification or eligible for PTA certification by the Nebraska State DHHS.
• Graduate from an accredited PTA educational program.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.
• Proficient in standard physical therapy modalities and treatment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists to provide patient-centered outpatient treatment through all phases of therapy.
• Work with a team to deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and complete required paperwork efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and work with electronic health records.

Position

Makovicka Physical Therapy is seeking energetic, growth-oriented physical therapist assistants for our outpatient clinics. As a physical therapist assistant you will work in a friendly and engaging environment to help you provide the highest quality of care to our patients. You will be responsible for assisting physical therapists to provide patient-centered outpatient treatment through all phases of a patient's physical therapy. You will work with a dynamic, team oriented staff that provides outstanding care through comprehensive and customized therapy.
