FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bastrop, LA is seeking motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility to find the schedule that works best for you.

As a PTA, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients achieve their individual treatment goals and participate in continuing education opportunities through FYZICAL.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Louisiana PTA license or eligibility for Louisiana licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other team members.
• Desire to continue learning and developing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment in accordance with the Physical Therapist's established plan of care.
• Guide and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient response and progress during treatment.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and other team members to provide a positive patient experience.
• Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and professional standards.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time or Part-Time

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Bastrop, LA

Pay: $30-$35/hour

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bastrop, LA is seeking motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility to find the schedule that works best for you.

• $30-$35/hour
• 80 hours of vacation your first year, accrued based on hours worked
• Vacation increases by 8 hours each year, up to a maximum of 160 hours annually
• 24 additional PTO hours for medical appointments or inclement weather
