Job summary

Precision Rehabilitation & Orthopedic Physical Therapy (PRO-PT) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Bakersfield, CA clinic. You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, helping patients regain movement and confidence.

Qualifications

• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or ability to obtain before patient care.
• CA PTA licensure required or in progress per CA state rules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based PTA care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
• Collaborate with PTs and team to deliver the Second-to-None experience.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Expand expertise through continuing education, mentorship, and team collaboration.

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current or pending California Physical Therapist Assistant license
