Qualifications

• Knowledge of physical therapy standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy required.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained by clinical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy to pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients.
• Evaluates, establishes treatment plans and goals, and administers or supervises modalities.
• Incorporates patient and family education and provides documentation for all care.
