Job summary

Burger Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Aide/Clerk who floats between Burger Clinic sites as needed to support licensed staff and handle clerical tasks. This role ensures a positive patient experience and requires teamwork and reliability.

You will be supervised by licensed staff whenever direct patient care is involved. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 2:00–6:00 PM with potential for extra hours; willingness to adapt and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience in a healthcare environment.

Our Physical Therapist Aide/Clerk FLOAT floats to any Burger Clinic where help is needed as a Clinic Aide Clerk or Clinic Office Secretary and trains new staff as directed. Assists licensed staff in the treatment of patients. When working as an aide, the employee must be directly supervised by the appropriate licensed staff. Direct supervision implies that the licensed staff is always on the premises when the Aide is providing direct patient care. Patient-related and non-patient related duties will be outlined below.

This position is offered at part-time, Monday – Friday, 2:00 – 6:00 with a possibility of additional hours. In this position you may float to a 1-2 clinician clinic or one of our busiest clinics, and we require a competent individual that can multi-task, work well with all staff and has an excellent work ethic! Our clinical teams are groups of interdependentindividuals who work together toward the common goal of ensuring every patient has a positive experience!

Teamwork, punctuality, excellent attendance are all vital components for this position.
