JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to serve as the liaison between patients and licensed therapists. The role supports patients from arrival to departure, ensuring a positive experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting with 150+ facilities across PA, NJ, and NY.

Responsabilidades

• Call patients into treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Washing and drying laundry; ensure towels are clean and available.
• Collaborate with team to ensure patients have a positive experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Keep the work environment safe and orderly.
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Physical Therapist Aide is the liaison between the patient and the Physical Therapist. The role includes assisting the patient from time of arrival to their departure, making sure patients have a positive experience.
