Job summary

Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver focused, patient-centered therapy in coordination with AI-supported documentation. You will conduct therapeutic sessions while AI captures progress in real time, reducing administrative burden and promoting hands-on care at the point of care.

Required is a BS in Physical Therapy, an active PT license and 2 years of experience in acute care or rehab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
• Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions tailored to patient mobility and recovery goals.
• Leverage AI systems to capture therapy progress accurately in real time.
• Connect with patients without being distracted by documentation tasks.
