Spooner Ahwatukee - Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Therapist to join our treatment team. You will use a dynamic approach combining manual therapy and exercise to help patients overcome functional limitations from musculoskeletal conditions.

You’ll assess, treat, educate, and develop goals with patients, partnering with physicians to ensure exceptional care. The role includes onboarding, ongoing education, and opportunities to advance professionally in a supportive clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree and licensure as a physical or occupational therapist.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a treatment team and educate patients.

Responsibilities

• Be a core member of the treatment team and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Utilize a dynamic approach to help patients overcome functional limitations related to musculoskeletal conditions.
• Combine manual therapy techniques and exercise strategies to help patients move and feel their best.

• Develop treatment goals with patients using observations and patient information.
• Document treatment effects and adjust treatment as needed.
• Develop relationships with medical practitioners to support patient care.
