Job summary

Providence Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX seeks a physical therapist for an on-call, day shift role. The therapist will assess, plan, and implement treatment, educate patients and families, and work with supervision as needed, but will often operate independently.

This is an On-call, Day shift position.

The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Otherwise, a physical therapist shall work independently without direction supervision.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Graduation from an accredited program.
• 2 years experience in rehabilitation.
