Providence Health and Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a day shift at Covenant Medical Center. Eligible external candidates may receive a signing bonus up to $15,000 and a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one.

The role involves assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, and coordination with patients and families. The successful candidate will work with supervisory guidance as needed and may operate with increasing independence.

This is a Full time, Day shift position

The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Otherwise, a physical therapist shall work independently without direct supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Texas Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in rehabilitation.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
