Job summary

ProMedica Hickman Hospital in Adrian, MI is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan and provide patient rehabilitation services. You will develop and implement the rehabilitation plan and establish a care plan for patients, while advocating, communicating, and educating patients across all ages.

This role offers a 40-hour work week, days shift, with weekends on-call and holidays on a rotation. External candidates may qualify for a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• PT License in State of practice.
• CPR

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide treatment to meet a patient’s rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement the physical therapy plan and establish a plan of care for patients.
• Advocate, communicate, and educate patients of all ages while addressing physical, emotional and sociopsychological needs.
• Provide leadership by mentoring PTAs, students, and volunteers.
